The app supports a quick and simple way to add Kin with a Debit Card 💳

1. Open the Code Wallet app and tap the menu button in the top right of the main screen
2. Tap "Add Cash with a Debit Card"
3. Enter an amount between $25-$250 CAD 🇨🇦 and tap “Next” - Min/max amounts may vary by currency
4. That's it, follow the prompts provided by Kado in the app!

Issues signing up or adding a card?
1. First, try creating your Kado account or logging in by clicking here
2. Then repeat steps 1-4 above in the Code Wallet app.

Submit a Support Request with Kado if these steps don't resolve the issue.

Your debit card must meet the following criteria:

✅ Support online purchases
✅ Have a 3-4 digit CCV number, typically on the back

How can I tell if my card is supported?

☑️ It will have the Mastercard or Visa logo on it
☑️ It will have the word "Debit" on it
☑️ It will have a 3-4 digit security number on the back

Supported Debit Cards

Banks can issue various types of debit cards and you may need to ask them for an upgrade if applicable.

👉 Visa Debit: These cards can be used for online purchases, just like a credit card. They are accepted wherever Visa is accepted.

👉 Debit Mastercard: Similar to Visa Debit, these cards can be used for online shopping and are accepted wherever Mastercard is accepted.

👉 Virtual Visa Debit: Specifically designed for online use, these can be used for online transactions.

❌ Credit Cards are currently not supported and Standard/Interac Debit Cards without a security CVV number are also not supported.
